Default CRAFTSMAN Electronic Torque Wrench Questions

hello, i just bought a Craftsman 3/8-in. Electronic torque Wrench and was wondering if anyone in here use this torque wrench before? It's accuracy measures to within +/-2% CW and +/-3% CCW, is this a accurate torque wrench?
Cost me $240 bucks, lmk if this is an ok investment.

It just means that if you set it at 100 lb/ft that it'll do within 98-102 clockwise or 97-103 counterclockwise, which is alright. Price tag isn't too alright though

Yeah, it's a little spendy for a Craftsman, but not a bad torque wrench. If you're planning on spending money on a good torque wrench without having to take out another mortgage, I'd recommend going with a Cornwell piece. They are actually manufactured by the same company to the exact same standards. The only difference between the two is the etch on the side.

It's a little late to ask the question.Every one I have used has failed for one reason or another. They eat batteries like mad.Every time I went to use one it was dead.I don't really like the feel.I own only non-electronic ones.A couple Snapon's,a Craftswan, and a Cornwell.Get some batteries soon.

I tried the snap on one and I just didn't like the feel. It buzzed instead of clicked and I just didn't like that one. I've owned a Craftsman, Mac, Snap-on, Matco, and S&K and Snap on gets my vote for accuracy, feel, and longevity.
