the wire that connect to the starter got ripped for some reason, I tried solder them back but it wouldnt connect, so is getting a starter the only option for me? if so does it come with the starter wire? and how hard is the installation process? thank you .

 

why would you need a new starter if the wire that connects to it is bad?.. or is it the selinoid wire going to the starter thats bad?

is the wire that you can see from the top of the hood, I dont know how to explain it, but is the wire that connects to the starter from outside i believe. it is right under the dizzy.

 

just take it to a shop then, tell them what went wrong and let them replace the wire. its not that hard and cheaper than replacing a whole starter...
