what all needs to get replaced to go to obd1 so far i knoe engine harness (95 ex ok?) if not which one?, alernator (95 ex ok?) if not which one?, injectors (95 ex ok?) if not which one?, dizzy, and is the stock z6 ecu ok? what else lol also i do have a gsr obd1 engine harness that any good? lol
EDIT: FORGOT TO SAY ITS GOING INTO A 95 CIVIC EX COUPE
I THINK I HAVE THE GSR HARNESS PICS AT BOTTOM
Gots a problem
The gsr harness is going on a b16a2 obd2 engine in a 95 civic ex.
i have a gsr obd1 harness and i sort of need help lol. can anyone figure out what these plugs are for?
on passanger shock tower

yellow wire and a blue wire i believe

its like pink wire and yellow wire

its like blue wire and red wire

Isnt this a obd2 plug lol what was suppose to be on this wire

its with these wires the tps and map/if im not mistaken it should be the purge solenoid?

can i get the wire color for
IAC
Purge Solenoid
IAT
and were is the IAT located on a gsr
also does the gsr have a plug for the dual butterfly

if the motor is going to go into a 92-95 civic, then all you need is a obd-2 gsr engine harness and everything will plug right up. this topic has beed covered many times. use the search. you can keep everything obd-2 and run a obd-1 ecu and it will run fine

lol right thats what i dont get either. im just going to use everything i guess, would the z6 injectors hurt the b16? and i forgot to mention its going into a 95 civic ex coupe.

Listen to FMR!!!
If you want to run that B16A2 in a 1995 civic then find any 96-01 Integra engine harness (preferably GS-R or ITR) and plug it into the B16A2. Then the Integra harness PLUGS RIGHT INTO THE CIVIC SHOCK TOWERS!!!
You guys need to understand that "OBD" REALLY is determined by the ECU you run more so than the actual plugs on sensors and engine harnesses.
If you run the B16A2 with the 96-01 Integra engine harness, and then buy a rechipped P28 ECU, or rechip your EX ECU to run a B16A, the swap would literally be 100% plug and play!!!
I have pictures of my 1992 Civic with 1998 Integra Type R swap using all of the "OBD2" sensors, injectors, etc. etc. with the 1998 Integra engine harness plugged right into my Civic's chassis harness at the shock towers. I run a rechipped P28 ECU, so again everything is literally 100% plug and play.
The other, more pain in the *** way, to run this swap would be by using he Civic EX engine harness and either adding an OBD1 distributor (or repinning the B16A2 one to a two-plug style), using the Ex injectors, swapping out the voltage regulator from the EX alternator to the Si one so that it plugs in, or buy a complete "OBD1" B series alternator, etc. etc.
Tryst us and do it the easy way - use an "OBD2" 96-01 Integra engine harness and a rechipped P28 ECU.
Oh and by the way - if all you can find is an "OBD2" Integra LS engine harness then literally all you'd still have to wire up would be the VTEC - that's hella easier than trying to rig up an OBD1 engine harness and make the changes I listed above.
I would post my pics of my own car's set-up for proof, but the server, We-Todd-Did-Racing, is down currently.

Judging by your screen name i'm assuming you have a 96-00 Civic, right?
If so then nothing FMR said will apply to your car since this topic is about a 92-95 Civic.
In 96-00 Civics the swap is totally different because their engine harness runs all the way through the firewall, and into the ECU. they are also OBD2 which presents other challanges. If you have a specific swap question you could post up a separate topic and i'm sure you could get some help. I'd try to go into details here, but then the OP's topic will be off topic.
If you do post your own topic about your car and questions hit me up with a link to it via pm and I'll see if I can help you out.

i was trying to find this! ive seen this before but i didnt save it. thanks! so the z6 injectors will work fine? also can i just cut the alternator plug and rewire the obd2 plug to the ex 0bd1 engine harness? the dizzy im just going to put a obd1 dizzy on it. and i wish i could fine a gsr obd2 harness but i dought i could find one for cheap.

Man I feel stupid for having wasted my time trying to tell you the easy way to do this.
Go ahead and cut your distributor up (even though that's not how you have to rewire it) run smaller cc injectors, etc. etc.
You've already got a swap that costs money, so why not spend a little extra and get the proper engine harness to go with it?

The dizzy is fine im going to put a obd1 dizzy the alternator is the one im going to switch the plug. i have a hole bunch of harnesses besides the one you want me to get. i wish i could get it. and again would it matter if i ran the d16z6 injectors those are my only main concern.

Don't cut and rewire the alternator.
Take the voltage regulator out of the D16Z6 alternator and install it into the B16A2 alternator. To do this take the tin covers off and unbolt the voltage regulators and swap them - the voltage regulator is the plug for the alternator, so swapping them out keeps you from cutting splicing important alternator wiring.
You should be fine with the Z6 injectors, but if you're worried about them being too small either buy some OBD1 B series injectors, or cut splice the OBD2 injector plugs into the OBD1 harness and keep the B16A2 injectors.

ok so i looked at the b16a2 and the harness the guy gave me. ok odd.... the harness is obd1 but it was has the intake temp i belive its called but its the same setup as a obd2 right on the intake piping. also theirs a couple wires that didnt plug in 2 or 3 circle 2 wire plug. i knoe one circle 1 wire plug goes on the block one goes on the iac and i guessed a plug. so i got two wires left. also the passanger shock tower has an extra plug.

also what 2 heater core hoses should i get.

Can i get the color code for the:
iac
purge solenoid
and the rest of the circle 2 wire plugs and locations thanks
