just completed a b16a into a 98 civic, we broke two knock sensors, now the car doesnt have one. its not a prob, if the car only needs it for vtec. got one on order. the car revs fine, but wont rev very high before it starts to miss, like its got a two-step box in it. does the computer read a knock sensor out of vtec. i have a teg with a vtec swap, and the same computer and it runs fine, revs up without the sensor, so im not sure if that is the prob. any ideas, the wiring seems to be correct that we can see. the sensors look correctly plugged up as well.
