Before anyone can give you any real answers, you're going to need to elaborate on your goals and budget for the project. Also, when you tell us goals, be sure to include what you plan to use the car for, your approximate whp goal, and any other things you'd like the turbo setup to accomplish. One turbo isn't the cure-all for every setup.

This Civic is on its way to being a Track ***** and I just am starting. I race on standard asphalt tracks and am looking for a goal of around 350hp. I also would like to be able to take it on some very light rally courses.(Very light enough for few minor changes before I drive) I am currently running a otherwise stock EK with the Type R Aero body and TEIN Flex Coilovers. It is sixth generation model and runs smooth. I also want something that will not severely damage my mpg and requires moderate mantinece and can be used with mid- grade fuel efficiently. YEA!!

There are several kits available for your goals in the Marketplace. From what you explained, the best turbo for the money would have to again be the 57trim. It'll make the power you want, have good spool and not break the bank. Look around the Marketplace and see what's available for your engine and chassis.
