Default Is my head gasket blown

i have a 97 gsr that was just fully built. je pistons, eagle rods, arp stud, super tech valve train, type r cams, and a new hg, all seals and pumps replaced. the motor has about 3k on it. im haveing some trouble my car keeps over heating. ive replace everything. radiator, thermostat, coolant sensors, rad hoses, water pump. ive bleed the system like 20 times ive gotten in to the point were the fans come on at idle and both hoses are hot so i know everything is working properly. but when i go to drive it i cant evern make it out of my development before it starts to over heat. i pop the hood and the bottom of the rad and the bottom hose is cold. i figurered that it was just air in the system but ive bleed the system so many times i just dont know how there is any air left in the system. also i let my car idle to bleed the system today and this is how much water/anti freeze came out of the exhaust in 30 min.

sorry for such a long post just wanted to give you guys as much info as possible thanx any info would be great thanx again

it doest sound like it but do two things .... REPLACE THE COOLANT TEMPATURE SENSING UNIT ITS UNDER THE DIZZY ONE WIRE SENSOR AND THEN CHECK UR GROUND WIRE FROM THE BATTERY FOR CORROSION THAT WOULD CAUSE A DISRUPTION IN THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM .... sounds like and electrical issue not mechanical issue and that watter i probly condensation from the exhaust being cold and the gettin hot

try replacing your rad cap
it might not be holding pressure

you said when you drive your car and it overheats you check ur hose and the lower cooling hose is cold?? if this is true than it sounds like thermostat is not opening

the comp is 240 across the board. and i have a new radiator cap but i did notice that steam was coming out of the new cap. is this the cap ? and the thermo is brand new i can get it to open when it just sits there and idles the fans even come on. but as soo as i drive it and pull over the bottom of the rad and the bottom rad hose is cold.
