Default car wont pass 3500 rpm???

i have a b18b1 in my crx and was running a pm6 ecu before today. i switched it to a obd1 p75 with a conversion harness and when i started it i got a cel and the car wouldnt go past 3500 rpm?

any one have a similar experience?

you went from obd0 to obd1?

did you switch to a obd1 dist.?

your gonna need a conv. harness for that to.

Also a PM6 is OBD-0

I honestly dont know, i didnt do the swap. the motor is obd1 and i was running the obd0 ecu. how can you tell if the distributor is obd0 or obd1?

and im checking my codes tomorrow.

check the wiring to the dizzy.... i had a the same problem after a swap bout 3 years ago and a pair wires runnin to the dizzy whiched turned out to be the cyl position wires were pinched and were crossing at high engine vibrations hopes this helps
