I have a 1993 Prelude with an H22 swap. my car died the other day while driving. found out it was a blown fuse. it was a 15 amp fuse that is for the ECU. it keeps on blowing when i drive. i can let it idle forever and it will not blow. i can drive very softly and it will not blow. it tends to happen when i accelerate in 2nd gear. Any ideas?

 

Open your ECU and look for anything out of the oridanary.

Most likly its a bad ECU.

 

i had a problem similar to that, my alternator spiked and caused my ecu fuse to blow arround 3500 rpm's, also check your ground cables.

 

i had a similar problem blowing the ecu fuse... turned out to be evap purge solenoid wire was worn through and grounding out. Double check your engine wiring and make sure nothing is shorting to ground
