what fittings do I use for Oil sandwich?

what fittings do I use for Oil sandwich?
I am using a mfactory plate it has 3 1/8 ports. What I need to know is the AN or NPT fittings to use since I keep gettng confused with those two terms.

need more info on what you r doing
for the turbo i use -3an line and 1/8npt to -3an fitting
for ls/vtec i use -6an line and 3/8npt to -6an and 1/8npt to -6an fittings and 1/8npt plug for the head
