Default fuel pressure dropping??

ok i went to the bank this morning and as soon as i left the bank my fuel pressured roped like a rock (while the car was running) and bogs really bad then shuts off.i lifted the hood restarted the car and wacthed the fuel pressure drop,it will do it a few time then go back to normal,i installed a walbro fuel pump,b&m fpr,and a fuel filter.i can tell when its about to happen cause the pump makes a funny noise.anyone have in ideal on what could be causing this?ive serached for awhile and came up with little info.

Your pump or main relay is probably the cause.

I agree with Daily. The main relay is the likely cause. The solder in it decays over time and you get a bad connection, and it's part of the wiring to the fuel pump.

i would say its mare than likely the pump, i had a walbro for maybe a month and it burnt up. stock fuel pumps can pump more than enough fuel. Also ive heard with the walbros u dont want to take them past half a tank

Have you guys heard about the "counterfeit"
Walbro pumps going around?

If you bought it on ebay etc. that could be the case.

what kind of car ?????? my car started the same way...and later when my car wouldnt start i thought the fuel pump was bad . but it wasnt. Check this First...... on your main relay it haves a yellow/black cable that's the one that send power to the fuel pump. get an extra wire cable and connect it to another cable that haves ground on your main relay. then turn ur car on and check if you get more fuel pressure. let me know if it worked
