When you cut the hole for the fogs, is it best to cut inside or outside of the bumper?

can you specify a little bit please? maybe people will be able to help a little better ya kno?

 

its better to start from the inside...use the mounting holes as a diagram.

is there a precut from factory if i look from the inside of the bumper?

 

Yeah u might have to wipe it down with a wet rag but there's an out line with dots on the back side of the bumper

yup..

 

remember measure 2 cut 1cut little by little til you get it. you can always cut more but you can't put that stuff back on.
