Default 99 fog lights

When you cut the hole for the fogs, is it best to cut inside or outside of the bumper?

its better to start from the inside...use the mounting holes as a diagram.

Yeah u might have to wipe it down with a wet rag but there's an out line with dots on the back side of the bumper

remember measure 2 cut 1cut little by little til you get it. you can always cut more but you can't put that stuff back on.
