The crank pulley bolt is RH threaded. Turn it CCW to remove.
You'll either need a tool to hold the crank pulley in place and a long breaker bar, or a very strong impact wrench.
I've done 20+ H22 timing belts, and my trusty Honda crank pulley holder and breaker bar have never let me down.

from experience, save yourself the giant headaches and just buy the $25 tool.
i tried to take the crank pulley off w/o the tool for literally 2 weeks, then i finally broke down about bought the tool, came off in literally 5 minutes.

Tried a cheap impact, didn't work... Tried a beastly MAC impact, didn't work... Finally got my hands on a home made pulley holder, had to put all my weight on the breaker bar and jump three times then finally broke it loose...

it WOULD work.. IF the engine turned clockwise instead of counter-clockwise.. so cranking the engine with the bolt held will just tighten the bolt even more

Definitely use the pulley tool; I also discovered using a 20" long 1/2"-drive extension on the 19mm socket allows you to get your breaker bar outside the car and really torque on it. Came off pretty quick after trying relentlessly without the extension and struggling under the car. But yet, the pulley bolt is a pita
