idle screw keeps backing out .searched

idle screw keeps backing out .searched

ok i adjusted the idle to my likings and the next day it had backed out all the way.
what could posibly be my problem

Its worn out and engine vibration creeps it out of place.

just put some non permanent loctie on it set it to where it needs to be and let dey foe a few mins
