Default Light dimming issue + other problems

I have a 98 Civic EX, with a 1600watt audiobahn amp, 1 farad cap, and 2 12" Infinity Subs. I upgraded "The Big Three" and still have this issue. The issue is that my interior (IE gauge) and headlights have a rhythmic dimming pattern to it when i turn the headlights on. I have a new alternator (put in with in the last year, also new battery), so I don't think it could be that. Any ideas on what it could be? Could is be something with in the cluster? I have an EK cluster in it, hooked right up, but over the past few months I have been messing with the clusters that have been in there, retrofitted an 05 si one in there for a while and now I have this one, could something like a messed up wire back there be causing this?

Also when I turn my turn signal on, the speedo and tach die and return. like I'll be doing 70 and then the speedo and tach will drop to 0 then back to 70. This is regardless of whether or not the lights are on or off, and seems to do it whenever it wants. As for this, I have no idea where to even start looking.

I checked the fuses, and they look to be good, but I have not pulled and tested them yet, haven't had a chance. Any ideas y'all have are greatly appreciated!

You possibly have an electrical short in an engine wire harness. For more details, check here:

I'll check into that. However the problem seemed to start when I retrofitted the 05 SI cluster in. I dunno, I'm stumped

I figured it out, took my cluster out and there was a wire that was cut through and would connect by luck once in a while, fixed that and I'm good to go.
