well i have a 97 civic coupe ex, nothing done to it at all, automatic completly stock, with 174k on it, Well theres been alot of car thefts in my area recently, and even though theres nothin done to it except a head unit, i have a feeling somthings gonna happen..

I tak the face plate off always so i dont think theyll break in for the radio, but they might try and steal it, theres to many miles on it for an alarm..

Whats a link to a site that can show me how to put a fuel cut switch, somthing thats specific to this year and model, or some other kind of security thats cheap ( DIY ) and can prevent them from stealing the car...

 

An inexpensive method would be to remove under-hood fuse #44, which protects the main relay circuit.
