no prob ill drive out to your house and do it for free, thats how much i love welding

plus i actually want to see what a coat hanger and a car battery will actually do, and i don't want to do it at my house just in case a fire breaks out......................

coat hanger beads cool with you?

Thats exactly what I'm talking about, always willing to help and come up with new ideas. I've heard about welding with car batteries, but never seen the welds. I'm sure they aren't that bad....

There's this new technique I've wanted to try... holding the engine in neutral at the rev limiter w/o any coolant in it. Once the EGT's get up towards the melting point of steel just weld away with a coat hanger.

Don't need no fancy equipment.
