Jumping CEL light in OBD0 car
yes they are. obd0 does'nt need to be jumped.
I can tell you where to jump an ob1 civic/crx if you want, i'm not sure if its the same spot.

jump the service connetor and the cel should start blink the codes its throwing

i thought obd0 cars do not have that jumper under the dash?
