ok i went to setup a v-tec light and when i went to tap into the wire i needed it quit working. so i threw up check engine code 22 witch is v-tec. so i unplugged the battery for like 15 min. and set it back up to stock. but its still throwing up the code.
what should i do?

Edit: o yea one more thing my V-tec wont work at all b/c of the code

VTEC wont work because you put a dash in there, lol. (Its VTEC, not V-TEC)


Also, check the wiring to make sure everything is still connected properly. Sounds to me like you snipped a wire by accident, or your "VTEC light" is causing a short.

 

well i completly unhooked the vtec light and my buddy said to make shure the wire wasnt pulled from the plug, and to push the pin into the plug. but still its not working... and the wire i cliped i reconected...

 

im not an expert but check the vtec if its leakin oil or something prolly and o-ring went bad
