i know with the brakes on the car u use a axle puller to get the piece off with the studs...how bout if i dont have brakes on the car. i just want the studs out can i hammer the back where the axle goes in? i dont care if it brakes i just need the studs.



i need to take this part off...any ideas???? IT IS OFF THE CAR

heard i can notch the piece right behind the stud so i can knock em out. can i do this them rotate to the next one?

 

sooo, you don't need the hub...just the stud? and you don't care if the hub or suspension breaks....then put some lug nuts on the stud to protect the thread and hammer away....

 

i did that but i gets stucks on the back...i dont care cuz these r on another set of brake and im putting them on my car

 

Use a slide hammer and pull the hub off. Then you could replace the studs with ease.
