Default 2000 Prelude Burning,Smell,Power Steering

OK Im new here and just got a 2000 Prelude with 57k miles on it .....when I stop driving theres a strong burning smell and it smokes from under the hood but I cant see anything it smells like burning oil but the oil level is fine.....And also the power steering level looks low but Im not sure how full its supposed to be and what fluid I should use for it if anything special ....PLMK thanks guys

Only use OEM powersteering fluid from the dealer, or you can use the fluid labeled "for honda vehicles" you can get it at Advance, Autozone, etc.
