Ever since my swap I have been doing nothing but fix all the little problems my stupid *** mechanich left me.
I still have one problem and it is that my idle is kinda rough and when I turn on my headlights it gets even rougher. When I pump the brakes at a stop the idle will go up to like 2000 rpm and then go down and up. May it be timing?, idle?, grounding?

x2. Check those valve bodies, easy and cheap fix for roaming/rough idle. Remove the one on the back of the intake manifold...remove the rubber seal...clean out with brake cleaner. Pretty much same thing for the one under the throttle body...remove rubber rings, clean out, and take the backplate off and adjust the big white plastic disc, almost as if you're tightening it(not too much...just a few turns). Try not to get any cleaner on those rubber gaskets...it will ruin them. If the car doesn't idle high enough when cold afterwards...loosen that big white plate a little bit, I'm pretty sure this sets your cold idle...someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
Also check your plugs, and maybe clean up a few of the grounds in the engine compartment.
Buying a ground wire kit from ebay will work wonders as well...small increase in hp, small increase in throttle response, small increase in mpg...and a LOT less dimming/drain when you turn stuff on. Grounding system can be cause for many problems on hondas...the oem grounding blows, so upgrading these grounds is pretty much essential.
