I have been trying to get a collection on the history of the Integra Type R. So far, I have not been able to find out if the ITR was produced in a red color, either in the United States, or elsewhere. My search has been going on for about an hour and I'm about to pull my hair out.

Some sites say yes and give a paint code. Some say only Phoenix Yellow, Nighthawk Black Pearl and Championship White.
Wiki has no hard information on colors, except for the fact that it was made in white.
Edmunds and other Auto Consumer Guide type websites only list the other trim codes in which I care nothing about.

List all the codes and specifies nothing.

Team-Integra.net says in 1997 that one was release in a Red Pearl, however that conflicts with Wiki's information that in 97 Champ White was the only color it came out in. http://www.team-integra.net/se...D=184

This is starting to **** me off and all related searches have lead to nowhere. Is there anyone who can provide me information from a "credible" source as to the correct colors available for each year?

Milano red was offered for JDM and EUDM so it doesn`t make it that rare , where I live there are like 5 Milano Red ITR`s all of them are Japan Imports , I used to own a 1996 Milano Red ITR , my first ITR

PY/Sun Light yellow is common in USDM but in JDM market it is very rare as it has to be TypeRx to be yellow and TypeRx was only made in 2000 and 2001 , production for 2000 and 2001 for the JDM market was #2264 and that number has to be sectioned in 5 collors , Silver , Black , Red , White and Yellow so you could imagine how few were made in SunLight yellow !!

Black/NBP/FBP this collor was offered to all worldwide market , JDM ,EUDM , USDM so there are a pretty good amount out there especially in Japan and Europe.

Championship White also was offered to all the worldwide market , as In USDM market not that many were made, but in JDM and EUDM markets this collor is very common !! Most of the ITR`s in Japan a big persenatge of them are CW , Most of the ITR`s that are Japan Imports that they import to where I live in Europe 80% of them are all CW .

So I think that Sebring Silver or whatever it is called I think that this collor wins the rarest collor for the DC2 ITR

The DC5R were offered in Blue also, but they don`t come in Yellow yet . Hope they make them yellow someday because I think that they will look HOT </TD></TR></TABLE>

Some of you probaly caught on already but I picked this up back in March before I sold my black ITR. I've always dreamt of having a real Milano Red ITR so once I saw the opportunity, I had to get this.

yes the itr did come in red. other places except here.

OMG there was a thread exactly like this like 2 days ago with about 4 pages of people saying yes they come in red, both JDM and NZDM
