ok i use to have this little noise nothing big it sounded like it needed a valve adj i check them out they were ok yesterday it got louder like around 3k rpm i was wonder if it could be like my lifters. any imput would help thanks in advance oh by the way its a 95 jdm h22

 

it could be yes. But we dont have lifters, we have rockers and lost motion assemblies.

 

is ther a way to know if the rocers are no good
