LsVtec assistance?? knock while cold/?

Default LsVtec assistance?? knock while cold/?

the only prob i have with my set up is my engine knocks when its cold then after it warms up it sounds normal?? what kind of adjustments do i need to do so it wont knock ?? ..

yes when i built the motor i went with ctr pistons.

no no i meant u need new pistons, either it was bored out a hair too much or somethin.
when the car warms up the pistons are expanding, thus no more knockin, i wouldnt worry about it too much, lots of forged pistons do that until they warm up, its called piston slap.

at first it was a tick and a knock, but ended up doing a valve lash and that fixed the ticking sound now i just hear is a knock.
