From the description of the problem, weak spark indicates a coil that is shorting out.
Perhaps if you were willing to disclose the year and model of the Accord others may be better able to help you.

i was told it could be my coil so i checked it according to my haynes manual and it failed primary resistance test but another ase cert guy told me because resistance wasnt there i might have fried something else so im going ot pull the dist and have it checked piece by piece ill let everyone know what i find
Try checking your main relay. Located high under the dash. I have a 92 Accord EX and I had the same problem. So frustrating! I tested the ignitor coil and it ohmed bad (replaced it). All other starting components were fine. But when I started reading other forums about the main relay over and over again I decided to make the effort!! Was well worth it!! Click the URL at the bottom of my reply it'll walk you through all the steps! Also, I took a large magnifying glass and you could see the cracks at the solder joints! Just look REALLY close at each joint and all around it as it is hard to see with the naked eye! I almost missed a cracked joint. Have had zero problems since the fix! Hope it works out for you!!http://techauto.te.funpic.org/mainrelaydefine.php
This is the 5th "car won't start thread" you have posted this in. All of which have been at least a year old. Is this some sort of spam for that DIY or are you just overly horny to help. It's good that you were able to do a search for an old main relay DIY and fix your car?
Please check for dates before posting replies to 2 year old threads. I don't even think f22kid uses this forum any more.
