anyone know if an LS distributer will fit a gsr motor?

I don't think so either since the cams are different. You could check the part numbers at http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/jsp/home.jsp.

 

I've read somewhere that it will fit, but you have to cut off the bottom leg because it'll hit a sensor.

I believe I've seen it done but I might be wrong... but unless you're on a real tight budget, I'd suggest just getting the right distributOr.

 

yeah in order for it to fit you must cut off the front bottom bracket. i was using that for a while until i found a vtec distributor.

 

I've been using my LS dizzy for over 2 years in my lsvtec. You just have to cut a leg off and it works. No difference in the internals.
