burning oil
i have a 99 civic w/ b16 swap... its burning oil pretty bad.. .. when the car is rev'd you can see water/oil comming out like splatting out... there are also white smoke..
any ideas?

i have the same prob with mine. except mine is sohc d15 and i know its the piston rings. hmmm where exactly is water/oil "splatting out" ??? rings? gasket?

it actually didnt do that until i tried to replace the headgasket my self.. but b4 the head gasket it was running rich and burning something cuz it has white smoke comming from the exaust.. now its burning oil and spatting something like water and or oil from the exhaust

if it is burning antifreeze, your head gasket is shot.do a compression test and find out if it is piston rings. and check your coolant reservoir and see if the coolant disappears.
