Default B16 wont start

Technical problem lads and brauds...i recently changed my head-gasket, head-studs, and timing belt in my b16a3, now for some odd reason the car wont start up.It turns over and will keep turning over.theres compression in all for cylinders, the plugs all smell like gas, actually smell like its too rich.and the plugs are all getting spark! CAN ANYBODY GIVE ME SOME OTHER SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT THE PROBLEM MIGHT BE?

i bet you got your cams out of time or your crankshaft out of time when you changed your timing belt. there are makrs you have to line up on the cam gears and on your crankshaft also

how do i check the timing on the distibuter...ive read that on the bseries just put the distributer as far back as u can towards the firewall and its good? but im not sure...any helpful suggs.?...and as far as the timing on the cams and crankshaft, i set the marks up on the cams and have the pistons Top Dead Center...so i thnk its good?

umm. i guess im not the best source for the bseries stuff but setting it ALL THE WAY back doesnt sound right to me. could be very wrong also. but yea if all you did was the TB change then i would assume its timing
