has anyone fitted an engine start button yet?
did you replace your mirror controller with the start button?
where else can it go like it belonged there?
what happens to your key ignition?

you'll still need the ignition key to turn it forward to the 2nd aux possition to unlock the steering wheel and send power to the relay that will be in-line with the new momentary button. once the key is turned forward, press in the cluth (if its a manula trans) and press and hold the button until the engine turns over, then release the button. all the button does is take the place of having to turn the key all the way forward to start it.
And if all cars came with a start button, I'm sure the hottest new trend would be to combine the start funtion into the ignition key cylinder so you can start the engine with one simple smooth twist of the wrist instead of going through all the other gyrations. Whatever makes you happy....
