Default Damnnn primer on my rim

i was finishing up primering my car and i forgot to add a wheel guard to my wheel nd totaly primered the edge of my tires/rim. is there a scuff pad i can use or some sort of chemical i can use to get this off? i tried paint thinner but its not realy working. any ideas?

Pure virgin solvent type paint thinner should work, try MEK but test it to make sure it doesn't mess up your rim if its painted or coated, it shouldn't. Should come off with a little elbow grease if its not fully cured. Clay bar will also work on the rim, safer also if it is painted or coated. Try using a good scrub brush also on the tire.
