Default How bad is this???

I'm not much of a body guy. Any and all input is greatly appreciated.

I'm sure it doesn't need to be said, but it's the passenger qp on a 91 lx Civic sedan. I'm interested in buying this sedan but would love some input as to how much it will cost to fix. Here are some other pix of the exterior.

Thanks in advance

the best way you can get a good/quality answer is to give/ask a quality question.

fix as paint cut and weld or bondo and primer?

what is the level of finish you want? do you need to get rid of those fading bc?

a color change perhaps?

I guess it's hard to ask a quality question when I don't know much about body work. However, I'll give it a shot.

My main concern is with the passenger quarter panel. I'm not going to buy a tub of bondo and attempt it myself. I'm curious to know how much a body shop would charge to return the qp to stock (or as close as possible). Then to spray some primer over the repaired location. The other parts of the car are either easily replaceable or something that a little bondo can take care of. I would then do the prep work myself and take it Maaco for a basic paint job. The only reason I say Maaco, because I will be purchasing a JDM front end conversion within a years time. Once the front end is installed I would take it somewhere to get a professional paint job. I will retain the factory paint color.

I hope this doesn't sound to much like a noob. As I said before, any and all input is greatly appreciated.

a cut and weld will run you a grand easy

if you are planning to do the front end with jdm clip, just wait for it and do it together.

you are wasting the primer/bodywork now if you plan to spray the whole car
