Default Vtec solenoid & B16 questions

I been wondering what to do with this but my vtec solenoid plug has been cut when I got the motor. I didn't notice until way after I took it out to finally do my swap. So what can I do?? The other question is can I use the dizzy plugs from my Si to my B16 dizzy (obd-0), the wires are cut and have missing plugs

Just solder the wires directly to the cut peices. Then shrink wrap it. As long as the wires are touching and are wrapped up you will be fine.

If you are asking whether or not you can use the d16 distributor plugs on your B16 distributor (ie. solder them on where yours are cut), you should be able to.
