they are the same
they are an NGK #7 plug
I wouldnt waste money on the platinum, just get the v-power for $7.50 a pack, you have to gap them yourself but they work great

the plugs are the same so for all b-series motors, but you have to get the gsr/itr/b16 vtec spark plug wires because the LS will be too short

vtec plug wires(just match them to the head/distributor)
you dont need 7 range plugs n/a, 6's are oe and will work fine
