Idle air control valve ?

Idle air control valve ?
I just installed my new head fresh from the machine shop(b16) and my car wont idle right. Im goin to clean the IACV later. Does the coolant line hook to the passenger side of the IACV or the driverside? I got it hooked up on the passenger side is this correct...thanx for any help :0
