idle goes up and down?!?!

heyy man i new at this?!!!! well i need some help?!?!?! well anyways!!!!
yea MY idle goes up and down and when it goes to zero its feels like its about to die the goes up and down?!?!?!!!!
and sometimes i would just be at a stop and then it would just shut off!!!!!
i got a d16z6?!?!!!! can anybodyyy tell me whats wrong?!?!?!
or what should i do!!!!???

IACV is dirty, vacuum leaks, FIACV screw loose

try those
