bogging at wot d16z6
I swapped a d16z6 into my crx a couple weeks ago and have ben working through lots of small tuning problems. However, I am still stuck with a car that seems to run better at part throttle and bog down at WOT. Please see the list of things I have done below:
Adjusted TPS
New Fuel filter
new oil
new coolant and bled coolant
cleaned iacv (might still be a small problem)
Cleaned and adjusted fitv (might still be a small problem)
set timing (middle of 3 marks on crank pulley line up with timing cover mark)
Rebuilt distributor due to oil leak in dizzy
checked plugs a couple times (they have been white like a lean engine)
Cleaned injectors
Checked o2 sensor
I suspect it might be my wires or a weak fuel pump, but I hate to spend the money on the parts only to find I still have the problem. I would truly appreciate any help or advice.

So when you did the timing you set the timing cover mark inline with the red line?
With cylinder #1 at TDC the pointer should be inline with the white mark.

My marks have no color. There are two marks and then there are 3 more. I set the mark on the timing cover to line up with the middle of the three marks. Is this not right?

No it's not right. The middle of the 3 marks should have originally been red, and I believe the first of the 2 marks should have been painted white. When the #1 cylinder is at TDC the timing cover should line up with the white mark.

Now wait, is this for ignition timing or is this for the mechanical t-belt timing?
From what the OP is saying, he has set the ignition timing, which should be set to the middle mark out of the three.
But what your talking about is the mechanical timing. Not ignition timing.

Re: bogging at wot d16z6 (yoffer)
The way he replied to my question sounded like he was using the timing cover to set the timing. Would that be mechanical timing? I just know about 3 weeks ago I had my first go around with the crank pulley and set my timing using the water pump, after which the white mark lined up with the timing cover. I don't want to give bad advice, but I thought that's what the OP needed to do.

I am talking about ignition timing. I set the middle of the three marks to line up with the mark on the timing cover with my timing light.
