Hi, I have a Base 99 Prelude, which when I bought it, came with an aftermarket cat back exhaust system. At first it was great, I loved my new baby, but now I'm afraid the sound from this exhaust gets to be a bit too noisy, especially at high speeds or comming home at night. I went to Honda to price out a stock exhaust, so I could drive quietly, but the prices are rediculous! Almost $500 including all mounts. (I am not sure if the aftermarket one came with different mounts). So, instead of buying a stock exhaust which may rob me of hp, is there another way I could go that won't make an obnoxiously loud sound?
