Post your reviews on XTD clutches..
Please post experiences with XTD clutches if you have:
properly broken it in (500 mile period) and did not beat on it daily.
Trust me, I've already searched and there too many variables in experiences to make it worthwhile to sort through...

the discs ive used have never failed me. the press plates have, i had stage 3 kit and stage 4 kit, discs have been fine but the outer tabs on the press plates break off even from normal driving, then clutch loses gripping force.. i had 2 break in the exact same way.. they wont do anyhting about it either. so i switched to act. and the throw out bearings they come with make noise right out the box..
Sucked for me. I had a stage 3 XTD with Fidanza flywheel. Broke it in correct. Beat on it, i'm not going to lie. But it only last me 2 months.

I have have a stage 3 in my B20 EG and love it. I had it mated with an LS tranny for about 5k ...to a GSR tranny for about 1k...and now it has been on my B16 tranny for 3k. Every time I have checked it is looked great.
Another friend has been using his on his B20T for over a year now and it has held up great to the abuse. I actually have about 4 or 5 friends that use these and only one upgraded from what had... and got another stronger XTD setup. I cannot say I know anyone personally that has had any real problems other than my only one gripe ... the supplied pilot bearing was poop... but I used an OEM one anyways
Hell I even rock the supplied decal

Thanks for the reviews guys..
I picked up a stage 2 xtd just recently for my GSR. After the proper break-in period, I've taken it to the track once with 4 passes. It grabs like stock and I have no complaints..

I had a friend buy a XTD stage 2 that I installed for him on a 96 Civic DX with EX trans. I told him to do the 500 mile break-in...I dont know for sure if he reached 500 but he did give it some time. It only lasted roughly 7 months. He did like to do burnouts, not on the daily..But it was still only a DX with intake, EX header to muffler shop exhaust
im not using a xtd clutch but i just installed their 10lbs cromoly flywheel. looks great for the price. i also had it balance checked at the machine shop and it was bang on zero balance required.
