my b16a2 swaped into 93 cx, idles very very low, and surges at stop lights. Acceleration is not good and chuges/shakes a lot. even at highway speeds in 5th gear constant speed it chugs. Is my timing belt not torqued correctly, timing off ??? any ideas??

yeah that definitely sounds like a timing problem... i would say try adjusting your distributer a little and see if it helps...

I am going to replace my PCV valve, fuel filter, adjust the timing belt, then see what happens, There is a CEL light on, going to check that out too...
