thats what i though.. cuz i remember reading somewhere on HT that if u cover the top hole on the throttle and if its normal its the ICAV.. but i swapped it out with a good one thats on my DD gsr and it dose the same thing

check all the hoese, tb gasket,tps gasket and intake manifold gasket for vacume leak. clean iacv with brake cleaner. adjust tps with multimeter to the spec. and ignition timing wont affect your rough idel. adjust idel screw on the tb after all these are done.

ok i think i found out whats going on. it might be a wrong gasket. the guy that sold me the gasket gave me one for a b18. i sparyed carb cleaner around the throttle and it had a bad leak on the bottom part
wow stop listening to most of this advice, no need to check your timing or calibrate your tps sensor. jeez i hope no one is listening to some of the things you ppl say.
