Anything that allows you to more finely tune a boosted setup is a wise investment

Actually I would be hesitant to install something cheap, the old adage: you get what you pay for, although the cam gear would help you achieve your hp goal, I've read many times about skunk2 cam gears that have slipped and caused major damage to motors. Really though it all depends on your budget if you can't spend the cash then that might be best for you, however if you can spend the cash you might wanna look at other cam gears, I would recommend bisimoto's cam gears, not only are they guaranteed not to slip, he makes them for various applications including 95 accords plus the price is very fair.
