not mount.. braket... u need the 99-00 em1 braket where the mount is bolted on to the mount can be any b series mount u just need the braket to be a 99-00 em1 tho.. its like 50 bucks at the dealer so thats the best place to get it cuz in the streets some people lie like rugs and say its a 99-00 si braket and its not

on the driver side. no. cause it is different. b18c has 2 studs and one hole and b16a only has two studs with no third hole.

what motor are you putting into the 99civic, b16 or gsr? Doesn't really matter it was just confusing the way you wrote it.
If you have 96-00 civic and swapping in a bseries use the ek mounts, b or d, doesn't matter. Just gotta use em1 b16a2 rear bracket. Gsr mounts are bolt-on in eg's
