yup
but the hasport mounts are bad ***. if you have the coin, throw down.

Re: (myEK=slow)
just forget the mounts...get an aftermarket driver side upper mount from like avid or innovative...works just like hasports...just cheaper in price. looks nice too! also stronger than the 96-00 civic driver side upper mount.
take a t-bracket from a 96 del sol dohc vtec or a 99-00 si
if you are going to use the 99-00 si ecu, you will need to get a conversion harness for your obd2a to the ecus harness which is obd2b. but if you want, it would be better to just get an obd1 ecu and the conversion harness...makes everything easier...i'm using a conversion harness to run my obd1 ecu in my obd2a vehicle harness
and about the confusion...
obd2a is for the 96-98 civics and obd2b is for the 99-00 civics no matter what model it is...
you can not use a 99-00 ecu in a 96-98 civic unless you have the harness visa versa...
but if you could get an obd1 ecu...it'd be better...
good luck with your swap...

Re: (myEK=slow)
1) P75 won't work... u need a vtec ecu... unless u don't want vtec.
2) ur DX wiring harness doesn't have the vtec wiring so you'll either have to wire it in (3 wires) or get an ex harness
3) conversion harness will depend on what ecu u're going to run
Here's a pretty good write up: http://www.phear7imports.net/trey/6gen/
