95 B18c1 into a 93 Dx Eg Quick wiring question
Ok when swaping the 95 b18c1 into the 93 dx eg should i use the eg's factory engine wiring harness or should i use the b18c1's engine wiring harness

Use either harness. For both harnesses, you're going to have to add wires regardless. With the GS-R harness, you're still going to have to match up the wires on the shock tower plugs and run wires to the ecu. With the Civic harness, you're going to have to wire from the vtec solenoid, vtec pressure switch, IAB & EGR wires all the way to the ecu. So it's either having to wire it all the wya or wire it half the way to the ecu, not too much of a difference.

If the wiring is holding you up, then you really need to learn how to search man, this has been covered countless times before. It's probably the most common swap for '92-'95 Civics. Use the Search function at the top right of the screen, and check out the FAQ pages on top of all the subforums.

You'll need to wire up everything that is labeled with yellow and red on that diagram.
This is what the IAB & EVAP Purge Solenoid look like:

VTEC Solenoid & Pressure switch:

I found all those pics with a simple google image search, except for the pinouts which I had bookmarked.
