I just thought about this last night.. I'm getting my Y5 bored out to 75.5 for a Vitara build... Now will I have to get the OEM gasket bored as well or can I just use it as is? Will I even notice a difference when installing it? Sorry if this seems like a noob question.. But this is my first SOHC build...

I think most oem headgaskets are bigger than actual stock bore so I think you should be fine using a oem gasket

You should be able to use the stock gasket for a .5mm overbore.
