Default ABS 2-1: How do I fix?

My e-brake light and ABS light have been on in my '92 accord for a couple of weeks now, I finally got around to checking the number and found 2-1 Circuit of handbrake warning lamp switch. This makes since, as my E-Brake light has been on this entire time, so how do I fix this? New sensor or what?

Usually just need to top off the brake fluid. Might be a good idea to check the brakes if the fluid is low.

Look down in the slot where the hand brake lever is and see if a penny fell in there and is shorting the switch arm to ground.

And when you check the master cylinder brake fluid take the top off and look inside, often times there is a scum line in the reservoir that can be misleading if you just look at it.
