Default 4ws, already researched

I've already re-soldered, well my friend who knows how to work with electronics, the two relays that need to be re-saudered on the inside the 4ws module. After installing it on the car and re-conected the battery, I started the car and the light stayed off untill I started to turn the steering wheel and moved the rear tires a little bit, it's now back on and it stayed like that. Does anybody know if by replacing the relays the problem would be solved instead of just re-soldering them?

you need to check the 4ws codes

find your model here, and download the helm's pdf file...

By checking the codes you mean to hook the ecu scanner to the ecu? thanks for your help, I'll try and download the manual asap!!

Is that what it was doing before (always on)? Mine was intermittent with the heat so it was pretty obvious that it was a solder problem so I didnt check the code and just did the re-solder which was the solution. The reason that the light turned off for a second before you turned the wheel is because the computer reset itself when you unplugged it to re-solder it. Check the code and it may be a sensor since it turns on when you turn the wheel.

The light is always on, the tires don't turn at all. I know where the service connector is, that's where you hook up the ecu, well I know someone that has a ecu scanner for hondas so I'll go by sometime this week, hopefully it'll be a sensor or something, I heard they're pricey though.

you don't need a scanner, just jump those two pins together with a paperclip or wire.. then turn the ign. switch to the on position, and the 4ws light will flash, telling you what the problem is...

I already did the service connector and paper clip procedure, the 4ws light went off, then on and kept blinking lilke 4 times, in like a second at a time rate, then it went off for like 4 seconds and then on again and blinked like 7 times at a fast pace, then it sayed on, does anybody know what the problem is with the 4ws?

I'm having the same problem with my 4ws that i think you did. Throwing a code twenty. I'm resoldering it now. I was just wondering if you ever figured out what was wrong with yours?
