Default Maint Req'd...

Hey guys how do i reset the maint req light? i did it on my g/f's tsx and i thought maybe it would be the same but i guess not... a little help please appreciate it. thanks

you have to pull your battery out, jack your car up, take off the FRONT RIGHT WHEEL ONLY, then prance and skip around your car for about 15 mins. It should turn off afterward

i searched, and i couldn't find anything on it. but my MRL wont turn off. i tried what the manual said, and then even tried holding down the trip meter for a couple minutes, and still nothing...would disconnecting the bat, for a couple mins do it?

Honestly... My Mom is beyond noob and would be considered "out of this world" to the whole car world, however, she looked at the manual and did what it said carefully... Voila, it turned off and she was proud of herself... She said it was a piece of cake...

so i took my car to a dealer so they could try and turn off the MRL, and guess what....they couldn't either....does any 1 have any SUGGESTIONS?

yea well if what the post said didnt work and the dealer couldnt turn it off then ur stuck but good luck with that (im assuming that "dealer" means honda dealer)

I say you run your car into a telephone pole at a high rate of speed. If that doesn't make it go out then just put a piece of black tape over it so you don't have to look at it anymore.
