hey i was wandering what is the most boost you can run with a greddy turbo kit on a stock gsr with no internal mods? and is it possible to run 12's with that kit on a sotck gsr without upgrading the internals?

 

Do a search it has been covered tons of times, and nothing is impossible. but 12's are unlikly without risking damage to your "stock" internals.

 

Dude my friend Xrtdac on this board ran a 12.6 @ 110 mph in his 97 integra LS @9 lbs. of boost...but that was on slicks. On street tires, he ran I believe a 13.5. So, I think it's feasible, but its all driver at that point. Oh ****, nevermind, he has a Drag III kit

 

yeah the only thing is gsr's have higher compression than ls's so ls's inturn can run more boost on stock internals but that is impressive with a drag gen lll they arent really 1/4 mile turbos more top end.

i wanna go all motor just inquiring for a friend but i thought the most boost you can run on stock internals is like 10psi i think anything higher it would burn up your rings or throw a rod or something just too much heat!!!!! thanks guys for your posts!!!!!

i have a greddy kit. i was told u can boost 7lbs daily driving without a problem and 10lbs every once and a while (races).
